Yivon is a registered clinical dietitian, trained in specific areas such as post-stroke, geriatric (elderly care), and gastroenterology. As a dietitian, she help patients manage their overall health and medical conditions, by advising them to make informed and practical choices about their food, nutrition and lifestyle.

Azreen consults patients with a range of personal and well-being issues including diagnosed mental health conditions. She assists them to explore and understand aspects of themselves and their experience.. in particular how past experiences influence and shape their current responses to life events. However, the primary focus of therapy is on the here and now response, using their strengths towards the service of building meaningful lives guided by their values.

Mei Mei, or just Mei, is trained in systemic thinking and person-centered therapy. She specializes in working with individuals and couples dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-development, life transitions, relationship and family issues. Her work includes expanding people's perceptions of human experiences to build their capacity to tolerate emotions, so that they can better understand and manage their own complexities.
