Appointments, Reschedules, Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments are made with the clinic, based on the therapist’s availability via the clinic website.

Payment for appointments shall be made immediately when making the appointment for both in-person and online consultations to confirm the booking. Failure to complete payment shall result in such booking to be incomplete and the session will remain open for others to book.

When scheduling conflicts arise, we kindly ask clients to consider rescheduling their appointments rather than cancelling them. We appreciate your cooperation in this matter.

To facilitate rescheduling, we request that clients provide us with at least 24 working hours’ notice before the appointment. This advance notice allows us to better accommodate your needs.

Please be aware that if a client does not attend a scheduled session or provides less than 24 working hours’ notice for rescheduling, it will be considered a missed session.

In the event of a missed session, there will be a charge for the full session fee, and any previously made payments will be applied toward this fee. We hope you understand that this policy helps us manage our appointments effectively.

Additionally, we would like to inform our clients that all payments are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining these policies to ensure the smooth operation of our services.

An appointment shall only be rescheduled for up to 2 consecutive times within 6 months.
