You will make payment and we will send medicine your way!
FAQ
Must I have a prescription note from The Red Clinic?
No, you don’t. We accept prescription notes from other clinics and doctors, as long as it is a certified prescription note.
What if I don’t have a prescription?
Fret not! You can walk-in or schedule an online consultation with our doctor and get a prescription.
What if the medication I require is not on the list?
You may specify the medication needed in your registration form and our admin will contact you.
Where do you deliver?
We currently offer delivery within Malaysia.

Will I be charged a delivery fee?
Yes, we will be using 3rd party delivery services and a delivery fee is applicable. The fee is calculated based on the weight of the parcel.
